Like last year, an Online Registration System has been developed to make the process of registration easier. To register online, please select Register Now on this page. Once redirected to the online registration please follow the prompts to register. Towards the end of the registration process you will be asked for payment. You can either pay by credit card online or you can either pay by cheque / direct deposit. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note that the website is completely secure.

Registration and accommodation bookings cannot be accepted without full payment. Please note that the Cemetery Tour is optional this year and is therefore not included in Full Registration. You will need to select this as an extra function online or as a partial registration on the form.

The Member Rates apply to those who are current financial members of ACCA. A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 19 009 555 426. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds
Registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Secretariat prior to Friday 3rd September will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Thereafter, no refunds will apply, however, substitutions are welcome.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been secured at the conference venue, the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle.
*Sharing rooms – Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and, if known, the names of other delegates with whom you wish to share.
*Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your registration. Changes to your booking – should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the Hotel itself.
*Check-in times – rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00pm on each day though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the Hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
*Cancellation - If you would like to cancel your accomodation you will need to email the Secretariat. Any person to cancel their accommodation after 3rd September will be subject to a full penalty of one hundred percent (100%) of contracted room.

Superior Poolside Room $248.00 per night inc GST
(Single, Double or Twinshare)
Featuring a shower over bath, with broadband facilities and secure door entry card access and view overlooking the swimming pool. On request, this room is available with a separate shower and bath.
Deluxe Spa Suite $286.00 per night inc GST
(Single, Double or Twinshare)
Spacious room located in the new Southern Cross Building. All with large balcony, two person spa, separate shower and toilet.
A full buffett breakfast will be available in the hotels restaurant for $28.00 per person inc GST if booked in conjunction with accomodation.
