LITE Industries are specialist aluminium fabricators of ground support and shielding systems, offering a range of aluminium shoring products (LITE Guard) to all areas of the plumbing, drainage, civil construction and building industries. LITE Guard Grave Shoring system was designed in conjunction with Fawkner Cemetery Staff and as leaders in the field in aluminium Grave Shoring we are continuing to improve and develop our products. We have many years experience in the field of design, engineering and the installation of safety systems and we saw the need for a more lightweight, easy to use and cost effective shoring system. We also manufacture other lightweight products, LITE Pallets, LITE Ramps, and LITE tow trailers. Quality and Health and Safety have been embraced as a fundamental concept for the business and we continue to rigorously research and develop our products. We hold several design registrations and operate in close consultation with customers and end users to provide innovative and low cost solutions. We are continuing to grow and have partaken in Trade Shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Dubai and the UK. We have a distributor in New Zealand and the UK. The Company’s facilities are located at Dandenong, about 25kms south east of Melbourne. |

LITE Guard Grave Shoring is made of very light structural grade aluminiumpanels. Each panel weighs 28kgs each. 2400mm long x 560mm high x 40mm thick, painted green or any colour on request. Panels can be handled manually or by small machinery often used within cemeteries. Base panels come with 600mm high legs in the corners to save damaging the coffins on removal of the shoring system. Alternatively, the base panels can be made with cutting edges for use in sandy soil. Lifting lugs on all panels. Panels can be stacked 4 high to a depth of 3000mm. Spreader bars, either screw jack adjustable or fixed length. Spreader bars double as a ladder for entering and exiting the excavation. We are presently developing an extendable shield for monuments. Safety lid for open graves. Attaches to the grave shoring system. Can also be used on it’s own over an unshored grave with the use of pegs. Different sizes available. Handrails to meet the “Falling from Heights” regulations. (If the grave is 2000mm deep) Checker plate aluminium flooring systems for around grave sites. Attaches to the LITE Guard shoring system. Different sizes available. End closure panels LITE Guard has a close association with an independent Structural Engineer offering a complete designand manufacture to suit your requirements while ensuring that you comply with Industry safety standards. |
